When can I rent a bike?
Our rental opens on 15 June 2026. Reservations for any date from 15 June onwards can be made right now by email.
How do I book?
Via the booking form on the homepage or by email. You get instant confirmation.
What does it cost?
Dutch city bike €24, road and e-bikes €29 per day. Children's bikes from €15.
How does delivery work?
We deliver across the Kop van Noord-Holland at one fixed price per trip, regardless of the number of bikes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash or iDEAL on pickup or delivery.
Do you ask for a deposit?
For single rentals normally no deposit — we register a valid ID. For longer or larger groups we may ask a small deposit via iDEAL.
Do I need ID?
Yes, a valid passport or driver's licence. We only note your name and date of birth.
What if the bike breaks down?
Email us. During opening hours we'll help on the spot or bring a replacement bike where possible.
Can I take the bike on the TESO ferry?
Yes, bikes are allowed on the ferry to Texel. Tickets at TESO.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 48 hours before. After that we charge 50%, unless agreed otherwise.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00.
