How do I pay?
Cash on pickup. You book online here, payment is on the spot.

Yes, a small deposit per bike returned in full at drop-off.

A good lock is always included. Helmets on request, free of charge.
What if it rains?
You can reschedule your booking to another day at no cost.
Do you deliver?
Within Den Helder we can deliver on request for a small fee.
Do you deliver to Julianadorp, Callantsoog or Sint Maartenszee?
Yes — we deliver to any address across the Kop van Noord-Holland region: Den Helder, Julianadorp, Callantsoog, Sint Maartenszee, Huisduinen, Anna Paulowna and Schagen. Delivery is always charged at one fixed rate per trip, regardless of the number of bikes. Ask for a quote via WhatsApp.
How far is it to cycle from your shop to Julianadorp and the dunes?
From our location on the Doggersvaart you reach Julianadorp in 20–25 minutes via the Mariëndal and Grafelijkheidsduinen — a flat, sheltered route along nature reserves, ideal for kids and e-bikes.
Can I take the rental bike on the TESO ferry to Texel?
Yes. The TESO ferry from Den Helder accepts bikes for a small fee. The terminal is a 10-minute ride from our shop and the crossing to 't Horntje on Texel takes 20 minutes.
